FBI AND LOCAL POLICE ARRESTED AND CHARGED JUSTO GARCIA WITHOUT EVIDENCE: JUDGE RELEASED HIM

Federal investigator and local police arrest, handcuffed and charged Justo Garcia of larceny over $250 and other larcenies when he walked around City Hall about 12:40

At  1:45 in the afternoon Garcia city parking employee and Lantigua photographer was drove to District Court to face a judge who released him after find no evidence on the charges brought against him.
 On court Garcia denied any criminal wrongdoing.

Mayor Lantigua is out office, could no be reach due the death of his father in Florida.
Media has been using false accusation to discredit Lantigua Administration. All Lantigua's allies has been targeted  and harassed by  opposition political group behind those accusation.

According  state and local media that promote this scandal of false accusation  " Garcia has been questioned by the FBI in connection with the sudden drop in revenues after Mayor William Lantigua hired and then promoted him at the garage in 2010."

Lantigua's lawyer, Jeffrey Denner has considered those accusation ridicules " rejected  that Lantigua was aware that any money allegedly stolen from the city ended up in his campaign account"

State Police affidavit filed during Garcia's arraignment at Lawrence District Court  stated that Garcia has deposited money from the city garage in Lantigua campaign account.

It has been a ridicule show, " is better than they (the opposition) of a government coup in Latin of the city, and stop their siege" said Latino people on the street.
